WMU 212 Shotgun Recommendations

I am looking for a new shotgun that I can use for the WMU 212 (primitive weapon) antlerless elk draw. I would also like to be able to use the shotgun for skeet shooting, bird hunting and bear protection.

I am thinking of a shotgun that comes with a rifled barrel and a smooth barrel. When using the rifled barrel, can a scope still be mounted?
