Default Give it a tune up or not?

I have had my Browning A-Bolt for about ten years now and was wondering if it advisable to take it to a Gunsmith to give it the once over. It has been treated well but has hung over my shoulder over thousands of miles. I clean it religously but I am anal about my equipment and am concerned that maybe it is time to get it checked out and tuned up.

Doesn't cost much to have a pro check it over and give it a good tear down cleaning. If it is causing you to think or worry about it even a little bit, it is cheap peace of mind. One has to have unqualified belief in the integrity of theri hunting gear. The season is too short and trips too precious to take chances on inferior or poorly maintained gear.

That was I was thinking. It wouldn't hurt to have it checked over and get the barrel looked at to make sure all is good. Who in Edmonton area is a good gunsmith? I'll do a search to see if there is a good one in the area.
