havent used west cove this year. I use warwa which is pretty much the same area. It was decent a month ago a little weedy and green like most lakes. My boat is 17' and launch is fine.

I have a place out there. Brought my 16.5' Crestliner in a couple weeks ago. Just enough water to float onto trailer but don't put prop in water till you are past the dock.

Was shallower than most years at the main launch 2 weeks ago. About 1.5 feet coming in so prop up a lot earlier than normal for sure. Also, super muddy backing in with vehicle as you have to go farther in.

If the beaver dams were ll cleaned out on the sturgeon River up stream of lac Ste Anne the water levels would come up.
