Default Lifetime Cross-bow Licence

Could you please advise whether someone with a permanent disability needs to renew a 'Lifetime Crossbow Licence' in Alberta? My hunting partner's current license indicates it is a 'Lifetime Crossbow Licence' and is valid from March 10, 2020, to March 31, 2025. I have not been able to find any information regarding the renewal of a 'Lifetime Crossbow Licence.'

They should just allow em in bow season. Less wounded animals and more people outdoors.
