Default Olympic style recurve vs one for hunting

Question: With a 30" draw on my Hoyt Olympic setup I shooting a 25" riser medium limbs for a total length of 68". Since I'm accustomed to my riser and hunting scenarios are quite different is it best I go to a short limb - say 66"?

You won’t really notice a difference in a couple inches shorter for shooting but it’s nicer for hunting.

30" draw and short limbs are a recipe for busted limbs. They make ILF limbs in long, med, short for draw length efficiency, not for any other reason.
