I'm looking at getting some aluminum cladding over the existing jamb of my garage door. It's currently rough cut fir against stucco and we're sick of painting it every few years. I had thought about trimming it out with PVC, but cladding would offer more colors and likely be cheaper than purchasing a bunch of PVC. It's a 16' x 7'6" opening. Does anyone in the Edmonton area have a recommendation for someone that could do said cladding?
Get hold of Repka Installations Inc. Just had them install windows. They also do siding, soffits etc. PVC or metal. Did a great job. Owner is a tournament walleye guy from back in the day, hunts fishes etc. Small family business, does great work. Contact info from the replacement windows thread.
