Has anyone tried the new online gun auction yet, canadaoutdoorsmen? I remember a thread about it a while ago, but I just stumbled on the website today and see the starting bids are pretty attractive. Just hoping to hear some real life experiences before pulling the trigger on a new rifle.
Ventured a look and this, and it is not your typical auction.
Having to submit a $25 payment days prior to the auction commencing, and then to find out there are "Reserves" on items, well over the "Opening Bid".
So what is the purpose of the opening bid if not to lure you into dropping $25 bucks?? What's to say the reserve is not $1.00 less than full tilt retail?
