If the fuses are good, I would suspect either a wiring issue, or the electric clutch has failed. I would check the voltage to the clutch when the switch is activated. If the voltage is present to the clutch, the wiring is good, and the clutch has likely failed. If the proper voltage isn't getting to the clutch, check to see if the voltage is present at the switch, and then follow the wiring to the clutch. If the voltage isn't present at the switch, follow the wiring to the supply.
