Default cheep bait

went to the ole T&T supermarket today, and man you can get a huge bag of fresh water smelt for a couple of bucks, also all kinds and sizes of shrimp for dirt cheep, and a whole other potential bait itemsm also cheep....going to experiment tomorrow with a few interesting items, will get back with the results!

always wanted to try octopus legs for walleyes, should be able to use one the whole day! they are pretty tough. tried squid legs in the Bow once a lot of years ago when I was in high school, leftovers from biology class they stunk so bad I think I drove all the fish away tho. bet they would work for burbs tho

Me too! After the one BBJ passed off to me I *really* want to catch a couple of my own! Got into it kind of late in the season for them, but next spring I get to start fresh!
