Pretty much the same as ordering from Tesro, Tenda, or any other outfit in Ontario.
Andrew doesn't charge any more than any other outfit for shipping and/ or hazmat charges .

I'm just returning home from an RV driving trip to South Carolina. I stopped at probably a dozen sporting goods stores, (big stores and small) and not one had large rifle or large rifle magnum primers. None of them think that the primer shortage is getting better any time soon. I did find a couple of bricks from a self proclaimed hoarder who owns a gun/pawn shop in West Virginia.

Proline has Can Pro
I spoke with someone at Proline SHooters in Calgary on friday and they have the Canpro primers in stock.
Salesman said they are similar in hardness to CCI's

I ordered 5k rifle primers and they showed up today. Freight charges through UPS were a minuscule $52.43. Once again, a big thanks to “catnthehat” for the heads up.

4 souls ordered primers from Higginson, we all shipped our primers together, and the freight charge was just $25 for myself.(I ordered 7000).
Receive and email and a tracking number this morning, there was a slight delay in shipping because a couple souls were late on providing credit card numbers…..

UPS….
Like it matters at all, this is why the ganged up shipping….. I know all freight carriers deliver to my locale.
And no I’m not a brown bandit fan, but with so many freight companies being what they are when it comes to shipping dangerous goods and shooting related stuff, beggars can’t be choosers.

That is not correct , you can Legally bring back [without permit] 5000 primers for personal use.

That is the Canadian restriction, unless something has changed recently, the USA requires that you have an export permit to export them out of the USA.

This topic has been flogged to death, you'd think there wouldn't be any questions on the legalities after all this time.
Yes, can import into Canada.
No, can't legally export out of the states without export papers.
Fairly cut and dry.
That goes for powder, bullets and cases also.

Get caught on the US side and you will be wishing you didn't. As someone said this has been flogged to death and people still bring this up.

If you knew the procedure, why did you not post it? Instead you posted this:

Well it matters to me because I was looking to sell some powder but couldn't find a shipper, luckily I found a local buyer. Snarky or not, thanks.

I meant i know the procedure.... like i know i need an export permit, and how Cdn border works as far as import. Did not say I was an expert on the US export permit. I have hauled guns and ammo to the US for many years under 6NIA's which are a different animal...but i do know some "procedure"
You could have a look at BC Firearms Academy "Importing Firearms and Ammunition Legally Into Canada" Hopefully you may find some details that matter.

Higginson primers arrived yesterday.
5 persons shipped their orders together, each person was charged $25.10 in freight.
There were some die sets and a jug of powder(showing up today) in this order as well.
