Default Ruger No1 Stock Bolt Torque ?

Good day folks, I am a new first time owner of a Ruger No1. This rifle is amazingly accurate. This hunting season it successfully harvest 3 deer . On my last deer the shot was less than perfect, which surprised me considering it was within 100 meters. After retrieving the deer, I started to look over the rifle to see if maybe the scope was loose, but it turned out to be the butt stock had some play in it. I have tightened it up, but I was trying to find out if this bolt needed to to be torqued to a specific lb. Anybody have any idea?
Thanks for the help.

Has to be tight or you can find inaccuracy crop up. If I remember, the factory calls for around 15 lbs, a fair bit!
