Default Alberta Junior Forest Warden Association?

Hey Guys,
Anyone involved with the Alberta Junior Forest Warden Association? I have a son who's turning 6 and I think it could be a great fit for us.

I checked out the website pretty thoroughly, seemed excellent. Glad to hear about your involvement.

Is it a fairly well run organization?

Grand kids are, in Red Deer. Great organization and no end of outdoor activities, involving the whole family. Even the parents love it.

I and many of my friends were raised in Scouting. Every one of them has put kids into JFW instead of Scouts. Program suits needs much better than Scouting now a days from what I have heard.

I've heard the same thing. I also love the parenting involvement, I don't want to just drop my boys off. I want to do it with them. JFW here we come!
