Default My Montana Buck

Well, here he is... Didn't get any field photos as it was too late in the day when we found him... He's a Dandy!!! The horns make the body look small.. He's actually a good size buck..

Oh wait.... crap

Just a heads up tatonka2 if you got it in one of the CWD surveillance HDs I hope you had it test. Just got news today that a second Mule Deer has tested positive for CWD down along the MT/WY border. Sucks we are no longer CWD free....

Ha! I'm working on the photo thing.. When it comes to technology, I'm a dinosaur. I'll try one more time.

Ya, the CWD thing sucks, but it is what it is.

OK...confession time... Anyone here like a prank? My son shot a small doe in our pasture.. He said there were a couple other deer...he said he shot 3 times and killed this little doe. Soooooo... He hung it up in my garage and went home. Later that evening I tied a rack on his little doe from a buck a shot a few years back and then I had my wife take photo and I e-mailed it to him and told him he must have killed this buck accidentally when he was shooting at the doe. He called me up and said "Are you kidding me...no way!". I told him I drove down in the pasture and this buck was laying next to the fence. He said, "Holy...I can't believe I didn't see horns on any of the deer..........I'll be right out" (he lives in town). I burst out laughing and told him what I'd done...he said, "Ok...you got me, but remember.....paybacks are hell"!!!! Gotta have a little fun during deer season!!!!
