I chatted with a fire look out tower dude a few years ago. I cant be exact on the numbers but they had about 20 fires that year, 3 were started from camp fires and 17 were from lightening strikes. The area he watched was in the North Ram area. Lots of ATV's.

The quad ban is a joke, but hey, gotta dumb down society to the lowest common denominator. 👎
What started the fires North of Bruderheim a few years back? and what started the fires north of Bonaccord a few years back ?

We all know how much you hate other people methods of enjoying their past time. You are a very big reason some guys have left this site. You want to crap on guys using crossbows because you are so superior with your traditional stuff. You like to dump on online muzzleloaders because you are so superior with your flinter. You hate quads....we all get it. You are the greatest and anyone else's ways are garbage. Go to the fly fishing section and you'll find some man love, I promise.

You wanna pick one example out of thousands to try to make a point.....well just about every year someone gets shot in a hunting accident....better ban guns by your reasoning. Every day people die in car accidents....better ban them too right? Care to venture a guess how often quads are used across the continent with no issue? Care to guess how much of an impact quads have versus the amount of industry working right this second? Don't bother answering, I'm not going to entertain a discussion with that kind of simple mindedness.

The quad ban is yet another way that everyone gets treated as if they were all as dumb as the dumbest guy around. Baaaaaaaa says the sheep.

So examples that don't fit your reasoning or preference get the Internet bully attack full bore. Grow up . In case you didn't know.people lost their homes in both of these fires and both were started from quads.
