I've always found it in the local grocery store.

Yep, most supermarkets. If its not in the spice aisle I occasionally find it in the meat dept. All else fails, you can borrow the tablespoon you need from me on the west end.

Default Morton

It's getting harder to find. Co-op is a good bet as is CTR refrigeration althgh I'm not sure if they have a store in Edmonton.

no point continuing the search. I received this email from Morton Aug7, 2015.

Thank you for contacting Morton Salt and for your interest in our products. At this time, Morton Salt products are not being sold in Canada. If you provide us with your zip code, we can search to see if we can find any retailers that sell Tender Quick within a 50-mile radius from you.

Should you have additional questions or comments, simply reply to this email or please contact us via our website at www.mortonsalt.com. Again, thank you for contacting Morton Salt and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

Instead of "Tender Quick", use Prague #1, available at any butcher supply like Halford's, Butchers & Packers, or CTR, at the rate of 1 tsp/5 lbs of meat. Check out this site.
