Default Mmmm....moose roast

Finally did up a 2ish lb roast in the slo-cooker that I had in the freezer for about 2 yrs.
Had one of the those packs of spice mixes for wild game.
Potatoes, onion, carrots, celery....holy yumm!!!!

Had lots of venison before, but this is my first moose roast.
