I've found some at Things Military in Calgary previously, but its only in stock intermittently. Mine was either Portuguese or South African surplus...I cannot recall 100% which it was. I'm sure whoever gets any 7.62 NATO surplus in bulk likely sells out quickly.
Pud at Bashaw Sports had oodles last fall. Rhodesian Army Surplus. Battle packs in 168 gr. Match. Very nice stuff & quite reasonably priced if I remember right.

What specifically are you looking for. There is all kinds of 7.62x39 and I saw some 7.62x45 at MilArms in Edmonton. I haven't seen any NATO 7.62 ammo anywhere.
