Default brass resisizeing for a BPCR

I,m haveing some trouble wth my brass fitting, my chamber
I bought some starline brass from buffalo arms and when I run them through my dies i have no problem wth loading them in my chamber,i dont evan have to open the throat to seat the bullet
I also bought some norma basic brass and trimed them to exatly the same demensions of the starline brass, length & diameter
after running them through the dies and fire forming them they are still exactly the same as the starline brass, but when I size the throat to accept the bullet
I can only partialy open them and(to first grease groove) then have to use the bullet seater to push the bullet in (will this hurt the bullet flight) after pulling the bullet to check it it wasnt deformed at all,and i got perfect compression 1/16th if I size the throat fully to accept the bullet they wont fit the chamber as they get real tight & tend to want to jam, before they are in the chamber completly aproxamatly the length of the bullet
the only difference I can find, is that the norma brass is thicker than than the starline brass ,is this my problem????
what can i do to rectify this sitsation??
I am useing 45-110 (2 7/8") Sharps RCBS Legacy 3-Die Set
and its a pedersoli chambered in 45-110 2 7/8
I tryed trimming my norma brass .100 shorter and i got the same results

Couple of questions.
Will the resizd brass go in without a bullet in it?
are both case walls the same thickness?
Is that a new gun, or did you buy it used?
I used to own one, that is why I am asking!

yes its a brand new gun only fired 9 shots
and yes the norma brass is thicker than starline
yes they go in wth out expanding to accept the bullet
i beleive what i have been doing is over expanding the brass so i tryed reaming them a tad and it seems to have solved the problem
i hope
If you have any more sugestions I,d apreciate them alot
thanks

well, the brass seems to be the issue here, I was going to ask if you have slugged the bore, but the other brass seems to work with the same bullets.

One thing I would do is to check your chamber length, to see if you untrimmed brass will hit the chamber throat.
if it does, you can make some super brass by trimming
to the chamber length , then when you fire the brass it will shorten up a tad,
minimizing the lead build up at the leade....
