Am a Yankee fan but the jays offence is all out scary. Yanks have some key injuries now that will make it tough. Like seeing the race.

Glad he pulled Sanchez as well, he's struggling. Tough having young guys who are struggling like that, you want to have them right back in the saddle.
Tough to not like Pillar, he's terrific defensively. Can't expect your 7-8 guy to be batting .300 with 20+ homers.

Pillar looked pretty good on that pitch....home run. I think he is the biggest surprise this year.

For sure. KP must've signed in to AO before the game, haha.
Huge surprise, he was a 32nd pick. His signing bonus was something like $500 or $1,000. Could win a Gold Glove this year.
What a clutch AB by Navarro, too bad the relievers are brutal lately.

Pillar
Pillar was just about perfect at the dish tonight.....
What an emotional game to watch. Jose with 2 massive assists, Dino's homer in the bottom of the 9th to tie it up. Jay's leave the bases loaded without cashing anyone in the bottom of the 8th + 9th. Great game but they kind of gave it away. EE and Donaldson need to cash here.
Oh well...rubber match tomorrow.

Miller goes all year without surrendering 1 HR and then 2 in 2 innings. What a stat!

Donaldson is in a slump and a selfish hitter. Always swinging for the fence or lately striking out

The guy has more doubles than homers. He'll be the MVP. What more do we want here? He's in a bit of a slump hr wise. He'll smack it and have his head on straight shortly.

It's a long season. Guys go thru slumps. Hardly 'selfish', good grief.
Hell of a win tonight though! Would have been awesome to be there during Martin's HR. Sounded crazy loud!

No offense but you are clearly a casual fan. If you had even watched 10-15 games you would know he is the best 3rd baseman in baseball and the AL MVP.
Sure... Minor homer slump but still pretty cluch. Does a .300 average suck?? What's his average in the 1st inning? With RISP? leading the league in RBI's?
Watch more games next year then we can talk..

thats funny I thought i was the only one that felt like that. Ive watched just about every game for the last few years and no one wanted to talk about them, now everyone wants to talk and is an expert and im like shut up you dont deserve to talk about my jays lol. no its great the support they`re getting hopefully they can sign and keep some of these guys, and I cant imagine the energy at the park right now you can almost smell and see the fear in opposing pitchers and the roar sends a chill down my spine.

I've watched just about every Jay game this year.
Donaldson has more "Try" than most ball players.
Great batting average
Near top of league in HR
Near top of league in rbi's
Rarely gets a night off...
Likes to get dirty....
Yeah.....wouldn't want him on my team
Probably playing a bit hurt now too

MVP MVP MVP
Our shinny new guy on 3rd has more home runs this year than our old 3rd baseman did in 3 years combined....
I have no problem taking this selfish slumper on my team any day!
