Priority only increases if not drawn in the current year, so if you went in with P2 and did not get drawn, your current priority is a P3. Next year you would enter as a P3....the only way to increase priority is purposely by 999 or by entering and not getting drawn.

Exactly! However, I am not seeing nearly as many threads this summer, where people are incorrectly complaining about the system making mistakes, so perhaps more people are finally starting to learn how the system actually works?

Its kind of funny that I was p7 for mulie buck in 306 and never got it and a p4 for cow elk in 306 and never got it either. I think there is something going on. How does a guy get ahold of someone to talk to about this matter.
