We like to fill tennis balls with it ,they are a challenge at 200 yards.
Plastic golf balls at a hundred are a challenge to.

Yep ! Messy stuff as well. It must be a real rush to see the crap and flames flying but not so much jolly in cleaning it up. If that stuff really has a genuine useful purpose, I'm missing it. Let's hope it's a passing fad.

Another thing to consider, fire bans on in a lot of places, be a bummer to get the bill for starting a Wildfire.

At least you were smart enough to admit, post 62, JB that it was not smart to post your vid on here.
You had to know you were inviting opinions on the stuff ?
And anyone with anything negative to say, you fed it back to them pretty good, hmm.
Wonder if the stuff works well on beaver dams ?

Peter it is a high explosive ( civilian use speaking )
Meaning it extinguishes itself at something around 10,000 fps.
Remember the first gulf war? The clean up crews used dynamite to put out oil well fires

Hello TBark
Left in the container it comes in, the explosion has no power at all.
If you could open up a hole, just big enough for the tannerite , in the dam it may be able to do some "work" however this is not its recommend use. It is an exploding target and should be allowed to explode to the atmosphere uninhibited. Otherwise you risk sending shrapnel where you didn't intend

I'll be as liberal friendly as I can be answering that
I have a property I keep the beaver population down on for the land owner
I use the dam's as backstop for target shooting
I use Tannerite as a reactive target placed in a small enclave carved by a shovel into the dam so near misses don't knock the target into the water...
After 3-5 consecutive targets being used in the same location and with careful reforming of the enclave the dam eventually becomes almost unstable and I need to find another dam to target practice on...
I've used 20lb's this spring and will probably use another 20-30 over the summer.
