Fishing Predator Bay?

Just curious to weather there is public access in the winter, and if there are any fish in there?
It is very close to the bow so I am sure some fish have got into there at some point but i guess the question is if its deep to hold the fish in winter.
The lake is just a few km south of Calgary.
Any help is appreciated
