Default Remove U2 from iPhone or Apple Account
Here's a link to remove the U2 album from your iPhone or Apple account. Click Remove Album and enter your Apple ID and password.

Works great, only takes a few seconds for it to disappear off the iPhone.

Or go to settings, music, and turn off show all music. Then you will only see the music on your phone, no more of the cloud stuff.
