what are the rules about using the range? do you have to be a member of the club?

Smile Crowsnest Mountain range
It is open now for rifle use and pistol use. The trap range is closed indefinitely. A paltry $30 gets you a membership to the most scenic gun range in North America. It is mandatory to be a member.
