Kelbly Klub is a good short range BR stock. The taper on butt-stock allows quick transition from sighter to score target without pedestal adjustment, when used with proper rear bags. For long range work it isn't that great. I prefer a flat butt-stock in line with the flat bottomed fore-end.
Never had any issues with Kelbly rings, except when it was time to slide them off base. Its a PITA to split scope rings apart when a scope needs to be removed. A fine tipped flat screwdriver is required to spread ring open to enable removal, but they now have rings with removable side plates that tip off dovetail base.
