Sako Finnbear value

Hi folks.
I have a Finnbear in very good condition I am thinking of selling but honestly I don't know what there value is.
It's a 30-06, bolt action of course, model AV.

For optics a Habicht 6 x36 scope.

Not shot a lot and an excellent shooter.

Also the previous owner had a professional carve an elk in the stock.
Personally I really like it but I know others can find it tacky, etc.
What are your thoughts?

I am torn on selling it as I really like it but am building a new house so selling some off.
