Default Bushnell Elite 3200 or Vortex Diamondback

My uncle who has decided to upgrade his scopes has given me both of these in great condition. Looking for opinions on which one i should mount on my savage 110 30-06 for hunting season.

Thanks.

I used Elite 3200s for years on all my hunting rifles, and found them to be an excellent scope for the money. I put a Vortex Diamondback on my .17hmr this year and have been pleased with it so far. Nice and clear, tracks reliably. Either should do the trick however of the two I would mount the Bushnell, simply because of past experience, especially if it has the rainguard coating.

I do not like the vortex diamondback, eye relief is to short and glass isn't great, eye relief on the elite isn't much enter though, out of the two you have listed I would go with the bushnell.

Diamondback. Had a couple of both, Vortex wins IMO.

Toss a coin. They are about the same...unless the vortex has a really tight zoom. Then go with the bushnell.

I've got both, and for the price point I think they both are decent glass. Toss a coin. I would say that if it is your go to, primary hunting rifle, spend more and step up to a Zeiss Conquest, or Leupold VX3, even a Vortex Viper....something along those lines.
