Default Shooting farther is getting $$$

Practicing at 40-60 yards last night, i figured it would be safe to shoot at the same spot. Wrecked three vanes on the new arrows.. im going to have to get a fletching jig if this keeps up.

Shooting distance is pretty fun....I have come closest to the X at three novelty shoots this year one at ~112 yards and the other at ~92 yards the other was ~70 yards...strangely enough at both the longer distances I was about 1.5 inches left.

We had a lot of fun out on the 3d range after dinner, shoot it from where you could first see it, might be thru a hole in the bush, over the rim of a hill or across a gully, you maybe could or maybe couldn't see. Might be 50yds, might be 70 or 80.
Then back at the range at home we'd play nock-nock.
And I found I shot the most Robin Hoods when I was having a off day on "accuracy".....

Nice problem to have, that distance shooting is even more expensive for me. I keep losing arrows in the moss at my campsite, thinking a metal detector should be my next "archery" purchase.
