Default Elk short ribs
Anyone have a good short rib recipe for elk?

Rub them with dry smoke brown sugar and some powdered molasses. maybe a little cayenne pepper and then smoke them all day with hickory or mesquite.

Never heard of powdered molasses? Where do you get it?
