Yes it's a decent publication except that it fails to cover the use of pan triggers on conibear traps. IMO pan triggers are more efficient for consistant humane strikes on mink, marten and fisher, as well as probably other species, when used correctly. By correctly I mean set close to the bait so the animal is stable, not moving through the trap, and standing on the pan or bumping it with its head while working the bait.
