Where about's are you located as that would help out alot? Gull presently is good for Perch. Pine is another great location. If you are around the Edmonton area, plenty of guys here can guide you in the right direction.
Primary bait for Perch is small Jigs tipped with Maggots, Meal Worms, chunks of Dew Worms, every so often, Perch eyes....
