This branch of government are underfunded not sure if they have proper warehouse. There are some private companies that go beyond in preservation of their properties. They have sophisticated fire alarm system where it does not use water but seals the building and suck away the air. This will prevent water damage. Ohhh they have portable oxygen tank in case you are caught within
