Default Draw Priority Question

Hi all, I have a question.

Last year I applied for a bull moose tag with a 999 code. I am now at draw priority one. If I switched to a cow moose this year would I still be priority one because it's the same category or would I drop back down to zero because I didn't keep going with the bull moose?

Thanks,

Draw code priority does not transfer....antlered and antlerless moose are two different draw codes.

So if you had no priority in an antlerless draw before them you start at zero.

Your bull priority wont change. You will be zero for cow moose though.

And, any other species you may want to hunt in the future. Be prepared.

You can only enter the draw (or 999) for one category of moose each year.
