I spend these dreary months of winter following Christmas getting ready for open water fishing, camping and hunting season (s). Procuring and upgrading and replacing items that others would wait until later to do.
Also planning and organizing such trips well in advance.
Might be more of an obsession than anything else but it gets me through these long boring winter months.
Interesting when you see things you posted a long time ago.
It's been a little over three years since I quit drinking.
I was drinking too much and it was also interfering with my medications and general health.
I'm in much better shape now but still miss having a cold beer on a hot day or a bottle of vodka after work! lol
