Default 200/234 Elk

Anyone seeing elk in 200/234?. Or having troubles with feed being destroyed by them?

Grab an MD map and jump in your truck to hit up somevfarmers in the area you want to hunt. They will help you out if other hunters haven't screwed it up already.

X2

This late in the season the elk have likely been pushed quite a bit and likely are feeding in the night, you might catch them in the mornings likely someone else has them patterned to.

Elk around here haven't hit anyone's bale stacks yet that I know of. Went on New Years and found a herd of 40 hanging out around a wheat field with some bales on it. Only a few bales were ripped up though. Got a nice 250 bull with some good friends out of that herd.

The elk are hitting feed in spots but access is the issue. Keep talking to farmers in the area and try and use a sled to cover land.
