Default Who's drilling holes this weekend?

whos going ice fishing tomorrow?

Im testing the ICE-55 flasher tomorrow. Just charged up the battery and this unit is siiiick!! And maybe nail a couple fish. then sunday as long as the ice is holding up, im all over it. Anyone else headed out around edmonton?

I was thinking about trying the pond on the west side of the highway as your passing Morinville. I believe that is what everyone refers to as the Morinville pond?? I always see people fishing there in the summer but have never fished it myself.

Morinville res on the west, F&G pond on the east.

Im headed west of edmonton and north of Stony Plain.

I am plan going there tomorrow and I have rod and reel but no auger....

If you are there do you mind we can share a couple of whole?

I'm in the same vote I have no auger yet either.. I'm trying to convince my buddy to go because he has an auger. don't see a problem with drilling a couple extra holes if I can get him to come.

would love to try this weekend but the only ice I hope to see will be in my glass of !!!!! in Mexico, maybe in a couple weeks!

Default Drilling Holes

Just got back this afternoon from fishing in the Valleyview area.
!0 members from the Edmonton Oldtimers Fishing Club went up on Friday.
Most of us had caught our limit of whites(10) in less than an hour.
Everyone came home happy.

6-8 inchs on hasse - 1 small bow and 2 smaller perch..couple guys out today..

went out yesterday on hasse, fishing was slow, untill a fellow (joe) gave us a couple of tips and a fresh spot. we pulled out 3 doz fish, 20 or so keepers, lots a tiny guys though 6-7" of ice, had a great day thanks to a helpful stranger

went to cardiff and nobody there and went to morrinvile later, saw a couple of guys there, so windy and cold......
