Just looking for a few new ideas.... what's your favorite topping / condoment for your smokies?

melt some old chedder , and deep fry onion flakes .

ps smokies are great with maplesyrup and wrap pancakes ..

Small hot frying pan-thinly sliced onion rings placed on a big dab of mayo. Let it fry until well browned then mix in a tsp of Dijon and a good grind of black pepper
