Moose hunter app

Last year there was an app for those drawn for moose, regarding sightings, kills, etc. does anyone know if it will be used again this year

I just got the email this morning. Only goes out to successful draws! I know last year I didn't get it in my email but since I got drawn this year I got the email! The email should go out to everyone!!
