Default European mount question

Hey folks, got a hold of cool skull and rack from a dead deer. Problem is it still has skin on it and I'm wondering about the best way to skin it, clean it and prepare for European mout! The skin is pretty dried up.

Any solutions?

Cheers

Soak it in water with a little germacide in it till it softens up then take it off

tie a rope around the antler then to something solid and toss it into a slough or slow moving water and the water bugs will clean it up for you. Or pull the skin off ,scrape as much meat of and boil it...get the pressure washer out and remove the rest.
