Default broadhead target?

hey folks, just curious what targets you use for your broadheads (if you use anything different than your field points).
want something that lasts a while obviously and won't damage the heads.
thanks

I use the 18 in 1 rinehart!! Great for broadheads and if u can wreck it in one year they will give u a new one!! Best $120 I ever spent on a target, and the arrows come out easily!

20lb box of rags.... You can pick one up at any of your local Charles Edward Franklin stores, Gregs distributing, Apex.....Etc. They work great! When they get shot out just add an extra layer of cardboard to the sides of the box.

Another vote for rinehart!!!

Stay away from the black hole targets. The ones we have at the
Range are absolute garbage. Pass throughs at 40 yards on brand
New targets!!!

I also got a small rinehart target that is sweet! It's a little ball and u throw it and it always lands on a flat spot on ball! Same material as the 18-1!

shoot your broadheads into a pile of clear brick sand, it won't damage broadhead but it will make them dull in a hurry ( and shinny).
keep it covered to stay dry and if it freezes it doesn't work as well.

I use a Six Shooter targer. Field Points and Broadheads for different sides of the target. No problems. Then I slap on a cut out of a deer target I made with an insert.

Hahaha. My wife says it's the best drawing of a deer I have done. Hahahah.

At SPFGA we have pull down sheet (pass through) made of tar paper backed by sand. I'm not an archer, but understand the blades dulled by sand can be sharpened or replaced. I suppose, one arrow could be designated for practice only?
