Default The Freeman River

I was there a couple weeks ago and it was flowing pretty high and dirty, but still managed a couple decent grayling on pheasant tail nymphs. Was just wondering if the level has dropped and if it's running a little clearer? Was planning on heading up on Saturday. Any info or help would be appreciated! Thanks.

The river looked pretty clear on the way home tonight. Water level i would say is average, not high at all. But theres 20-30 mm of rain for swan hills tonight and into tomorrow so it will probably be higher and dirtier. With that much rain any access of oil roads will probably require a 4x4

Thank for the update...i was headed to the area as well.. But that changed..... The GF biffed it on some kids toy and is now sporting an arm sling, bruising, and probably going to need assistance with her hellions in the morning. I'll bet money she wakes up stiff as a board... Her crash was epic lol.

Default Freeman

The river is a little higher than usual, but clarity is good. Fished yesterday, action was slow

How is it now with all the rain?
I would think it would take a few days to go down.
