Default Bass pro tackle backpack

Was thinking about picking one up from bass pro or cabelas. It would make walking to fish a lot easier. Has anyone ever owned either of these?

If this is the same one I have ther great, I got 4trays in mine, and the lower compartment I put my waders and boots in it, also if I don't need to use the bottom part I unzip it off and it turns into a carry bag for my trays...also can attach my rod to the side for hiking in and out of spots...
Model number is qf-360pack-b check it out on web site
