Check your facts. there are only certain parts of the county where rim or centerfires are not allowed. see the attached link to the county website, it has all the info regarding hunting and shooting in the county. you dont want to kill to many now, wait till they have the babies and then you have alot running around. Kill the pregnant gophers and population wont be as much fun shooting in a few weeks with wee ones.

try out around tofield guys i've only had one farmer say no. one old boy even gave me two boxes of old super x to use.

I shoot around Camrose here, only 45 mins south of edmonton...one guy has less than two acres, and tried to offer a new .22 with scope to come clean out his land! lol I said no, and have been out there 3 times...there are lots. I have probably 8-10 land owners that will buy shells, and everyone else is just happy to see me out there! No worries of having nothing to shoot later in the summer here!!
