I'm pretty sure this won't happen again - at least not out in the smaller towns. The RCMP just ordered a bunch of these:



At first, I thought that high rate of fire was not needed. Now, I'm thinkin' maybe so.

In other news, what was that I read about body armour not being available any more?

There's a video of cops killing a cow?

Was it a mad cow or just another bull in a china shop?

How do people know/stumble upon this stuff?

If it's the one I am thinking about, it was a truck with some cows on it on the way to the slaughter house. They escaped and the police along with the owner couldn't get the cows back on the truck. They were apparently charging at the police crusiers at one point. (I think there was a bull). They were getting closer and closer to a school. They called Animal control but were told that they don't deal with cows. The owner finally gave permission to shoot the animals.

This happened in Quebec. Not sure if it's the same incident.

If that officer felt he was threatened so much by a dog that he had to shoot at it, I hope he never responds to a call about a child playing with a toy gun.

Sounds like he's just afraid of dogs.
