world record moose?
I just got these pics e mailed to me of this huge moose shot in terrace are they new? has anyone else seen them...how do i post them?

giant moose
i got that in one of my old hunting magazines, buddy shot two that trip, that picture being the bigger of the two. this now about 5-6 years ago. and they were shot in kamatchaka, russia.......i'll look up the magazine and tell which one exactly it was in.

You are correct pottymouth thanxs for the clariification and to all you hunters there is a new world record non typical mule deer floating around on the website its a hoax too says its 407 the antlers are carved from wood and stuck on just so you guys know thanxs

there been a story going around that there was a monster moose shot around huston last fall that was close to the 70 inch mark but No one can confirm this so it might just be a story.

If you mean Hinton I was told first hand by a outfitter in the area one was taken that broke 60" last year, he said a few that size had been taken by locals over the past few years. No intentions of scoring them or letting the actual pics get out. As for me, the wolves got him but he wasn't nearly that big .

i think that might have been petersons but not sure. i really remember reading the story because it was interesting as the guy saved up for a long time to do the hunt and they were hunting on skis....i think they might have a website with pics and story as well. very cool.
