I guess if you want to acuse land owners of shady activities, not be proactive and report these activities, then you are bound to get some flack on the subject...

I see your point .. some flack I can handle , feel like I was singled out for stating a fact . I wasn't accusing anyone of abusing their priviledge, it's a known practise by some individuals .. just like some people { I won't say hunters } that shoot out of truck windows , off roads , etc .. Maybe steering F&W in the right direction would be a start ..
