O wait I have one or two of those some where way in the back of my safe all dusty and dirty or did it get washed off last year when I used it for a boat anchor. TRG42 s are normally sold with a brake installed. Probably for a reason. For that matter, I've never seen a hand-held 50BMG chambered rifle without one.
Lots of (maybe most) long-range target rifles have particularly fat profiles and usually longer barrels. The resulting 20-pound rifle with 2-pound scope firing a 308 or 6.5-284 cartridge doesn't necessarily need a brake.
But you can get one milled into any match-grade barrel that I've ever heard of, if you want.
