Cutting compounds are designed to cut the paint to remove thin layers to permit for scratches, buffing mistakes, and oxidized pieces to be removed or blended in to the adjoining paint. They're not designed to be used to remove tree sap, tar, and other objects that are stuck to the paint.

Just out of curiosity, what's your company name? If I can't get the sap removed, maybe I'll stop in and have you do it.

So is there a company? I'm not looking to go to a backyard detailer with no business license, insurance, or legals means to operate.
