Turkeys are notoriously light hibernators.

Mad, why 305, do you have a draw? I can point you in the general direction in 305. I've seen lots more in 304.

Mad, if your intent to hunt 305 forestry, try up around the fire tower on the skyline road, It's easily accessable. It's been some years now but I have seen turkeys in that area. Seen alot more turkeys further south (same road) but on private land. I don't have any names or specific doors to start knocking but I hear it's hard to get permission down there. G'luck if you try.
In 304 I've seen turkeys in many areas of the forestry but you have to know which trails to use to get in there. Hard to explain....Cattle are loose now and it might be harder to find access if your wanting to use a quad. Walk on, no problem. I'm guessing you don't know the area at all so your best bet is to try the Riley Rd. (it's on the regs map) There's a lease road about 5 or 6 klicks in from the west side (HWY 22) You'll see a big iron gate on the south side of the road. Walk back to the end of that road and your on a lease site. I would suggest you hang around there especially early and later in the day. I have often watched them with my binocs from the hill across the valley while hunting deer. They come out there to pick up grit alongside the road.
Hope this helps!

Go north on the Skyline road, down into the bottom,Trout Creek.Follow the trail on the bottom of the valley till you come to a gate.I believe that's the Burke Creek Ranch, hunt the ridges on both sides,I've seen turkeys every time I've been in there.
