Quad in fishing spots
Just got myself a new side x side. Looking to go on a ride in trip, hoping that some of you would share some spots to check out this year?

Make sure you have a good idea where your going, as far as trail conditions. There are several "Quad in Lakes" around here that you would only get a Side by Side into with a helicopter

Quite a few trails are really not wide enough for side by side, so you should make sure you do a little research before heading out. Also know your limitations ie: how far can you go on a tank of gas and make sure you keep 100ft. of good rope, tow strap, and other essentials with you.

Great thing about having a quad is that you can now check out a bunch of places on your own in very little time, so just look up some maps and start exploring! If one place doesn't provide what you're looking for then you can always check another. The quad will give you a ton of places to try.

Swan Hills area. There are a number of outback lakes northeast that are stocked with trout. A number of rivers have grayling and some trout that are reproducing. Roche lake is alot of fun to get into, and has a different variety of Pike (unique spot pattern).

If you have the time go to Six lakes or Jackson East/West north of Fort Mac. Four hours minimum in and best to go with others.

I know of one, September Lake.. I've never fished it just heard some stories.. Heck.. There might be no fish in the lake.. Just heard about it so doing some research is key..
Like the idea though, hope to see some more contributions!
